We understand that life can be unpredictable, and unexpected situations may lead to the need to cancel an appointment.

That said, if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your scheduled time, we will have to charge the full cost of service before you can rebook another appointment.

Short-notice cancellations and missed appointments impact our ability to provide efficient service and accommodate others. For this reason, we have these charges in place to maintain fairness for everyone.

If an emergency, illness, or unavoidable circumstance arises, we will do our best to consider your situation. Please inform us as soon as possible, and we may waive the cancellation fee if appropriate.
